Enabling session in Google App engine

Well too short to qualify for a blog but still here is how to do that.

Just add and entry true in appengine-web.xml file in WEB-INF folder of your web app.

I have played with Google Web Toolkit, but was troubled by how to use it with JSF. Is this something you do a lot, Vik?

I liked what I saw when I experimented with GWT when attached to an HTML page.

I read a bit about Google App engine. Not sure what it is yet.

Nope I do not any experience of using GWT with JSF. But yes doing a lot on Google App Engine.

GAE is googles cloud to host java based applications. Any java/j2ee technologies can be used to write ui and business layer. But backend has to to JDO or JPA compliant as google use cloud to persist data.
